I used the following study materials: (actual test ccna 640-802 v4.2, and 9tut.com) and i think all questions that came up in the exam are in there, :) ,, I also read (CCNA Fast Pass third edition by todd lammle) and watch the (cbt nuggets and train signal videos)….to have a solid understanding about cisco :), these materials really help me a lot, Good Luck for the next CCNA test takers :)

Passed the CCNA today! Collisio is spot on, if you need to practice for the test. I also used CBT Nuggets and Lammle. I’m lucky to be a Jr Network engineer for a company, so i was able to get first hand experience as well. Good luck!!

Thanks 9tut for the labs! only diff was ACL2 had to block the host from other parts of the server.

Alhamd_u_lillah i did my CCNA yesterday with marks 947/1000. the paper is easy but u need to study wel and must consultat on sims.one other thing All question and sims i got in paper same is here in 9tut. this site is very very gud for CCNA thanks my Allah,parants,friends and 9tut..
Got 45 qtion and got 3 labs eigrp 221 lab like here. vtp and acl2.

dont just blindly remember the dumps..but make sure u can solve the dumps completely b4 exam..dont give w/o practice on dumps..

Hurrah!!! I have been preparing for my exam and rescheduling it since last 3years 10 months and finally today I am certified. I would like to thanks especially to 9tut, the way they managed this site. Got 48 questions with VTP, ACL and EIGRP (almost 2-3 new questions). Next CCNP (Routing) but soon inshallah.

My friends scored 920 today exam was easy so first thing you should grasp the concepts otherwise you will fail don’t just memorize questions know the concepts first
SIMS : EIGRP as number was change to 2 but different ip address
ACL2 : almost the same as 9tut but ip was change
VTP :Switch 3 is the root bridge ,vlan on swx will be removed because switch 3 has a higher revision number

I cleared my ccna with 1000 yday :)
9tut qns are very much seen in exam, As far as my memory goes there were 3 qns which i didnt see on this website, rest all remains same with very minor changes.
But one thing to note was that timer was 120 mins, i had learnt that exam was for 90 mins, but I wanted to play safe, so finished it b4 90 mins.I shall update the qns in a while.Thx n wish good luck who are on their way to CCNA!!

What were u scoring on the Collisio dump questions before deciding to take the test? I’m getting anywhere from 80-95% on most of the test.

collisio and testking got inconsistent answer on this…..

What is the function of the command switchport trunk native vlan 999 on a trunk port?

100 % D , it’s arp table mean got addresses from local LAN,not from remote network.

i failed ccna with 788/1000 just 2 hours ago… did simulations correct …very similar to @9tut.com but some wlan questions were strange and ipv6 questions ….that i have never seen anywhere…. please send me latest dumps on .. ashuelexstar@yahoo.co.in

Hi, i passed my CCNA with 894 point on 30.01.2012!!! I couldn’t be any happier :))

What a relief…

i got 45 questions (all from callisio except 4-5 new easy questions) and 3 sims (VTP, ACL 2, EIGRP as usual).

I had a inconvenience during the exam. I finish VTP sim and clicked next. Suddenly an error occured and the system logged me out. The assistant had to log in again. I had to do all the VTP sim again (hopely not the all exam cause i had finished 35 of them already at that time…).

And in ACL 2 sim. i accidently wrote an additonal access-list and i couldn’t be able to remove it with “no access-list …..” command. Since you will be asking to use only 3 acl for configuration, be careful and check them twice …

i studied some paper, looked at all the question in 9tut, check answers and comments. After then i did all the question from collisio (around 500 question) in last 2 days before took the exam.

Take 7-10 full day for studying, solve all the question and try to understand the logic (you can not memorize them at all). then the exam will be a peace of cake.

Not sure I’m in the right area to ask questions, so if I’m not, please redirect me. Here’s my question: How many collision domains are created by two switches connected to one hub, 1, 2, or 3? If each switchport to hub connection is one collision domain, and one hub represents 1 collision domain, the answer should be 3. If a hub always means 1 collision domain, it shouldn’t matter that there are two switches plugged into it, so the answer should be 1. If each switchport to hub connection is considered a collision domain, then the answer should be 2. All things considered, I want to say the answer is one, because the two switches transmitting at once could cause a collision, and the hub just connects switch to switch, and that configuration equals 1 collision domain. I can’t find the answer to this config anywhere, which seems to be the case with a lot of the questions I need answered.

I think the answer is 2 for your question because a switch port break up one collision domain.So, the two switch break up two collision domain I think.Right?

I posted the question on a Cisco site, and the answer is supposedly 1, and the logic I stated is correct. If I hear an answer to the contrary, I’ll let you know. Who knows, it may show up on one of the tests. Thank you for the reply.

Alhamdullilah, I got 947/1000 in CCNA at 31st January. The labs were

EIGRP – just like here on 9tut, AS 221 to be reconfig to AS 2. ping all the routers except the isp.

VTP – same here on 9tut ,only difference was the SW-AC3 was root bridge.

ACL2 -
*host A to access finance web server via web
access-list 100 permit tcp host 192.168.33.2 host 172.22.242.17 eq 80

*block all other access of host A to finance web server / lan and core must be blocked to access the finance webserver
access-list 100 deny ip any host 172.22.242.17

all other access must be permitted
access-list 100 permit ip any any

Today, Feb the 1st, I passed the CCNA 640-802 exam here in Australia. I prepared myself by using Chris Bryant study package, Dharani dumps and of course the best – 9tut site. Honestly, without the excellent 9tut explanations, I would be doomed. My sincere thanks to 9tut.

Now my question is why E is the answer!!! don”t anyone think of it as Answer: B (60 seconds). . . !

The answer should be 60 seconds. As the question is asking for the elapse time from invalid point to the removed point. . . !!! so 240-180=60 sec.

hi every one by GOD’s grace today i cracked that ice burg(for me) in my 3rd attempt…i passed with a score of 973….i am thanking here specially to my husband who supported me and spent a big amount on me(after failing 2 times and sent me to a good institute 2Nd time)…and then “9TUT”,because when i go through this site i understood why i failed 2 times(i didn’t know about this site)..then to my parents in-laws who supported a home maker this much….special thanks to xallax in this site…so who ever is going to write ccna first choose a better institute.must read this sites every point,go through dumps…now newly concentrate on ipv6,w-lan,vpn….

i got dumps acl host b acess finance web server http,no other to f.w.s,from host b to f.w.s all other operation deny,and all should have connection to public server
in vtp…simillar qtns frm here…for me not get any qtn to find mac add.
and in eigrp only to check the connection b/w newly installed router to isp router…for mr prblm in 1 ip add and others eigrp no.

in objective qtns concentrate more on 1pv6,frame relay,vpn,w-lan,vlan…..drag and drop 1.ad for every RP and directly connected and static route.(.in xam static ip route doesn’t work in eigrp simulation),and then in drag and drop 2.anti spy ware,anti virus that 1,3.correct the problem why internet not working from lowet layer like that i got multiple qtns frm vlan,but switching and routing less…
